The idea of having a grooming shop wasn't an overnight idea for us....it was a while in the making. Upon discovering how gratifying working with pets can be, my husbands' daughter shared her enthusiasm with her Dad. Rafael decided to attend a grooming school while still working a full time job in a very fast paced local hobby store. He rediscovered the gift he seemed to have working with animals from an earlier part of his life, and also, how great dogs really are!!! Leaving the retail world behind to embark on a satisfying career as a pet groomer taught him many aspects of this industry. Collecting all the dos and don'ts from jobs he held after grooming school, and sharing the dream of a shop of our own..... we began the journey of becoming small business owners. Debra’s strong customer service background and attention to detail jointly formulated into what is now a relationship based pet grooming shop! Unlike some places where dogs per day are seen with dollar signs and quotas, we value pet parents, and their pets, from the view that is what we are! We treat others the way we want to be treated and their furry kids are no exception to that simple, beautiful philosophy!
